1. Cancellation Fees

Delegate cancellations are subject to the following schedule:

Up to 15 July 2026
50% Fee
50% cancellation fee applies.
From 16 July 2026 onwards
100% Fee
100% cancellation fee applies.
No-shows
100% Fee
100% cancellation fee applies.
Substitute delegates are accepted at no additional charge.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, delegates must submit a written request via email to the conference organizing team.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.

4. Event Cancellation

If Old Economy cancels the event for reasons within its control, delegates will receive a full refund of registration fees.
